The National Museum of Western Art in Ueno Park, Taitō City, is Japan's leading public gallery for art of the Western tradition. It had 1,162,345 visitors in 2016.
It sits among Ueno's museums: National Museum of Nature and Science is about 100 m away in a straight line, Tokyo National Museum about 400 m and Ueno Zoo about 500 m. Ueno Station is about 200 m off. We have not checked opening hours, fees or current exhibitions.
