Our guide
The Shirotoridate ruins, in what is now the city of Ōshū, Iwate, are the site of a settlement of the late Heian and Kamakura periods and a National Historic Site. Our source says little more than that, so this page is short.
Takadachi Gikeido is about 3.6 km away and Chōjagahara temple ruins about 3.7 km. We have not checked what can be seen at the site or a public-transport route.
