Our guide
Rinnō-ji is a Tendai Buddhist temple in the city of Nikkō. Together with Nikko Toshogu and Futarasan Shrine it makes up the UNESCO World Heritage Site Shrines and Temples of Nikkō, and Tōshō-gū is only about 0.5 km away in a straight line.
Our source says little more about the temple itself, so this page is short. Tōbu Nikkō Station is about 1.8 km off, and Tamozawa Imperial Villa about 0.9 km. We have not checked opening hours or fees.
