Our guide
Ganryū-jima, formerly called Funa-jima, is an island between Honshu and Kyushu. Our source says little more than that, so this page is short; it mentions ferries from Shimonoseki Harbour, but we have not checked them.
The Kanmon Straits are about 2.2 km from the point this page is mapped to, and Karato Market about 3 km.
