Where to start

The checked routes start at Fukui Station: the Keifuku limited-express Eiheiji Liner runs daily from stop 1 at the east exit to Eiheiji Temple. For Tojinbo Cliffs no bus runs from Fukui Station; take the train to the Awara or Mikuni area first, then a Keifuku bus from Mikuni Station. Other pages name the nearest station: Tsuruga on the Obama Line for Kehi Jingu, Ichijōdani on the Etsumi-Hoku Line for the Ichijodani Asakura Ruins, Awara-Yunomachi for Awara Onsen, Echizen-Ōno for Ōno Castle, and Obama for Saba Kaidō.
