Our guide

Shigisan Castle was a Sengoku-period castle held by the Kizawa and Matsunaga clans. Little remains on the site today beyond some moats and earthworks. Our source says little more than that, so this page is short.

Takayasuyama Station is about 1.3 km from the point this page is mapped to. It is a hill site; we have not checked the paths or conditions.
