Our guide
Kikuchi Castle was an ancient Korean-style fortress in the city of Kikuchi, Kumamoto. Its ruins have been a National Historic Site since 2004. Our source says little more than that, so this page is short.
Kikuchi Shrine is about 3 km away. We have not checked what can be seen on the site today or a public-transport route.
