Our guide
The Jurakudai, or Jurakutei, was a palace built in Kyoto at the order of Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Our source says little more than that, so this page is short, and we have not checked what can be seen at the site today.
Kitano Tenmangū is about 1.1 km from the point this page is mapped to, and Nijo Castle about 1.2 km. Imadegawa Station on the Karasuma Line is about 1.4 km off.
