Our guide
Hokekyō-ji in Ichikawa, Chiba, is a temple of the Nichiren school founded in the Kamakura period. It keeps one of Nichiren's most important writings, the Risshō Ankoku Ron, which is a National Treasure; our source says it is shown to the public with other documents on 3 November each year, but we have not checked this year's arrangements.
Keisei Nakayama Station on the Keisei Main Line is about 650 m away in a straight line.
