Our guide

Iwakuni Castle in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi, is a replica castle. The nearby bridge has its own page: Kintai-kyo Bridge, about 900 m away in a straight line, was originally a footbridge across the Nishiki River leading to the castle's main gate — so the two belong together on a visit.

We have not checked a route to the castle, so look for local information before you go.
