Our guide

This page is about the observation deck at Chubu Centrair International Airport, Nagoya's international airport. The airport sits on an artificial island in Ise Bay, about 35 km south of Nagoya, and covers some 470 hectares with a single 3,500 m runway. The name “Centrair” is short for Central Japan International Airport.

It is an easy place to spend spare time before or after a flight in or out of Nagoya, since you are already there. The Meitetsu Airport Line's Central Japan International Airport Station is about 1 km away in a straight line. We have not checked the deck's opening hours, so look at the airport's own site before going specially.
